The Fund’s office can answer any questions in regards to a member’s Health & Welfare, Pension and vacation.

Vacation checks are mailed to the last address on file. Vacations checks are mailed on June 1st and December 1st. The June check will include hours received for October-March. The December check will include hours received for April-Sept.

Lastly, you can check the status of your H&W, Pension and Vacation by checking the Funds Office site. This will get the member up to date information on all of their funds. the site is www.bac5ohiobenefits.org.
If the member has not set up a login for the site they may call or email Gloria or Laurel for access to the site.
