Three students, whose parents or stepparents are U.S. BAC members, are selected annually to receive a college stipend of $2,500 per year for up to four years. The program is open to sons and daughters of U.S. members who are now in their junior year of high school, and who plan to take or have taken the standardized “PSAT” exam in October 2017 (Wednesday, October 11, Saturday, October 14, or Wednesday, October 25 – students/parents are urged to check with your high school for the date it offers the PSAT exam or if yours does not, a high school in the area that does).
The U.S. Bates Scholarship application deadline is March 31, 2018. Again, students must be juniors in high school at the time they apply.
To access full details about the program and apply online, parents are asked to call or email the BAC Education Department at 1-888-880-8222 ext. 3887 or askbac@bacweb.org.
