The funds office can answer any questions in regards to a member’s Health & Welfare, Pension and vacation. 216-520-1644
Vacation checks are mailed to the last address on file. Vacations checks are mailed on June 1st and December 1st. The June check will include hours received for October-March. The December check will include hours received for April-Sept.
Lastly a wonderful resource that the Funds office is a site to check the status of your H&W, Pension and Vacation. This will get the member up to date information on all of their funds. the site is www.bac5ohiobenefits.org.
If the member has not set up a login for the site they may call or email Gloria or Laurel for access to the site.
